Full Consultation
What to Expect
Our full consultation consists of the following:
- Walkthrough your home and get a sense of flow
- Help target your top 2 priority spaces
- Review your lifestyle/needs
- Determine what your desired style is
- Take photos of home and measurements of priority spaces
- Inventory of existing furniture and pieces you’d like to keep/repurpose/eliminate
Follow-Up Meeting
A week or two after our initial home consult, we will then schedule a follow-up meeting at a mutually decided upon location, where we will propose ideas for your home. Dependent upon your needs, it could consist of the following for your first two priority spaces
- Scaled floor plan(s)/layouts
- Fabrics
- Rugs
- Window treatments
- Lighting
- Paint colors
- Furniture
- Artwork
After the Follow-Up
BHI LLC will provide you with a slideshow of the ideas we have proposed to you at the follow-up meeting along with any samples we have on hand. Should you decide to move forward with our ideas, and have us source all the products. OR if you are content having just the floor plans and design ideas after the follow-up meeting and would like to shop it all yourself, you are welcome to do that. However, we will be unable to offer any assistance from that point on, should you choose this option.
